DXAC Votes NO on Pratas Island
 
The ARRL DX Advisory Committee (DXAC) voted 8 to 7 to reject a
petition to add Pratas Island to the DXCC Countries List based on
Point 2(a), separation by water.
 
Some of those voting against cited concerns over the possibility of
intervening rocks.  Others cited what they perceived as disputed
ownership of the island.
